Do you do residential or commercial excavation work?

We have a highly experienced team of professional earthmovers and excavators with a range of innovative machines and equipment. As a result, we’re able to work with a range of clients including individuals doing home renovations, commercial companies and government bodies.

Will excavation work damage my property, or my neighbours property?

We strive to achieve an extremely high standard of service in the shortest amount of time possible and for an affordable price. We use speciality attachments and equipment to ensure we can do this with minimal impact of the environment. We can access sites of any size without causing damage to fencing, gardens, neighbouring properties or driveways. If any change to the site needs to be made in order to access your property, we’ll always inform you beforehand and restore the site to its original condition when the project is completed.

Do I need to arrange insurance before work begins?

We’re fully certified and insured. We maintain a premium level insurance for our staff, machines and equipment, so you wont need to arrange anything. We also maintain a high level of caution and safety when working on your property to ensure we don’t cause any damage. If any damage does occur though, we guarantee we’ll repair and restore the site before we complete the project.

What do your waste removal fees include and can you dispose of hazardous materials?

Our waste removal fees will be quoted to you on a per load, per tonne rate, depending on the type of materials requiring removal. We always give a free all-inclusive quote so there are no hidden costs. We remove all sorts of waste materials including dangerous or hazardous waste such as debris and asbestos.

Can you demolish buildings which contain asbestos or lead paint?

Of course. We specialise in the safe removal of harmful or hazardous materials. We remove all lead paint materials, asbestos and debris prior to commencing the demolition project. We will safely remove and dispose of all materials throughout the process, leaving the site cleared, cleaned and level for any future construction or renovations. We do all this using our modern, innovative equipment and machinery operated by our highly experienced contractors.

What happens to demolished materials from the site?

The remaining waste materials resulting from demolition projects are taken to major waste management centres where we recycle wherever possible to ensure an environmentally friendly disposal service. All hazardous materials such as lead paint and asbestos are wrapped safely so that they can be disposed of at licensed tips. This is in accordance with all relevant health and safety protocols.
